With dedication by graphic designer Sem Hartz.
"Of this presentation folder with a proof pulled by The Impressions Workshop of Boston 100 copies have been printed by The Stinehour Press of Lunenburg, Vermont. This is copy no. 94".
The bookplate was engraved by French artist Albert Decaris, with the lettering engraved by Dutch-Jewish typographer and graphic designer Samuel Louis (Sem) Hartz (1912 - 1995), who added a manuscript dedication in pencil to the front of the folder: "Voor Piet, het enige ex. in Europa SH" ("For Piet, the only copy in Europe"). Hartz may have been right: quite possibly this is indeed the only copy in Europe.
